Staff at the William Hill shop near Windsor Castle said the man looked "out of place" in a betting shop and that they suspected him of knowing the couple and having "insider" knowledge. "He was very posh, clean- shaven, wearing a blazer, shoes, the full monty. He looked like a Ralph Lauren advert," said a spokesman.
A dead man has been elected mayor of Tracy City, Tennessee.
